Data Licensing Administrator

Trading approximately 50 financial markets globally, data is critical to Maven’s market making and proprietary trading activities, and we consume lots of it.

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Data Licensing Administrator to join our team in London.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Market Data and collaborate with teams across Finance, Legal, Technology, and Trading. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch their careers in financial data at a leading global proprietary trading firm. It is also ideal for those with a background in contract administration or a related field who wish to gain knowledge in financial and market data.

Prior knowledge of financial and market data would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite for a successful application.

WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO DO:

• Take ownership of the administrative aspects of data licensing and market data at Maven including:
• Monthly exchange reporting
• Invoice reconciliations and approvals
• Contract submissions to our Legal team
• Data uploads to our contract management system
• Maven user data enablement
• Support strategic Maven initiatives to achieve efficiencies in data licensing, usage, and spend
• Assist with contract administration and execution
• Assist with various ad-hoc tasks, projects, and work as directed from time to time
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Maven’s data catalogue
• Monitor and action emails where necessary
