About the Role

We are looking for a Data Intern to join our HR team and help us turn people data into insights.
You will assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing HR data to support decisions on hiring, engagement, performance, and other people-related programs.
This is a great opportunity to apply analytical skills in a real business environment while learning how HR uses data to shape culture and growth.

What You Will Do

  • Collect, clean, and maintain HR-related data from different systems (ATS, HRIS, engagement tools, etc.)
  • Create and update dashboards and reports on metrics such as time-to-hire, eNPS, turnover, and engagement scores
  • Support HR in analyzing trends and preparing presentations for leadership
  • Help automate recurring HR reports and improve data accuracy
  • Assist in ad-hoc research or analytics projects

What We Need

  • Current student in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets a must; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain data findings in clear language
  • Interest in HR, people analytics, or organizational behavior is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Must be based in the Philippines
