  • Execute recurring data audits, validations, and deduplication initiatives using tools such as Plauti and Similar Web.
  • Monitor data completeness and accuracy metrics, reporting trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to visualize data health and governance adherence.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Legal to align and streamline GTM data processes.
  • Enforce compliance with internal governance frameworks, including pricing approvals and audit requirements.
  • Continuously improve existing data quality processes and develop scalable standards for future growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in data integrity, CRM administration, or revenue operations, preferably within the SaaS / B2B industry.
  • Deep, admin-level knowledge of Salesforce, including validation rules, deduplication, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of GTM data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Proven experience conducting large-scale data audits, cleanups, and maintaining data hygiene.
