Data Growth Associate

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human-level intelligence. Our robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.

We are looking for a highly driven Data Growth Associate to join our team and support global rollout and expansion of our data collection operations. The ideal candidate is a relentlessly resourceful operator with a bias for action—someone who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast.

Responsibilities:

You will support end-to-end growth strategy for scaling our data collection globally. Examples include:

• Driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through creative growth tactics and operational rigor
• Identifying and launching in new geographies, managing localization, partnerships, and community building to establish presence in target regions
• Building and optimizing the operational infrastructure for contributor onboarding, quality assurance, and incentive management
• Instrumenting and analyzing key metrics to understand user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion funnels
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with local partners, agencies, and vendors to accelerate growth
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate user feedback into product improvements
• Developing programs that build loyalty and engagement among contributors

Requirements:

• 2+ years in investment banking, management consulting, growth roles, or startup operations at a high-growth company
• Comfortable rapidly building and deploying apps/agents using AI coding tools (zero technical academic background necessary)
• Demonstrated ability to operate with limited resources in ambiguous environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working across cultures or in international markets
• A commitment to 5 days/week in-office collaboration

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience scaling consumer mobile applications or marketplace platforms
• Background in AI/ML companies or understanding of data collection for machine learning
• Prior experience in emerging markets or with distributed workforces
• Fluency in additional languages

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $175,000 - $200,000 annually.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
