Position Overview We’re looking for a customer-facing Data Entry Specialist (3-month FTC) to support a short-term operational need for a client in the fleet management SaaS space. This is a full-time, 3-month contract role focused on accurately entering customer-submitted information into the platform and acknowledging requests via email. The role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident in communicating clearly in writing. Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming email-based requests and accurately enter auto repair shop details into the software platform.
  • Validate entered information for completeness and accuracy, resolving gaps before submission.
  • Confirm completion with the customer via email and update the relevant Salesforce Service Cloud case with clear notes and final status.
  • Handle customer and business data carefully in line with data privacy and information security policies, using only approved tools and workflows, and strictly following documented procedures.
  • Maintain high data quality while meeting agreed turnaround times and service levels.
  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, confirm details, and unblock requests.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets, tracking progress and flagging issues early where needed.
  • Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role, ideally in an email-based or ticket-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with repetitive tasks
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Typing speed of 50-60 WPM with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to follow instructions, templates, and documented processes consistently
  • Reliable, well organised, and able to manage workload independently to meet deadlines/targets
  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (or a similar CRM/ticketing system)
