We are hiring Data Entry Specialists to support a specialized US Dermatology portal. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring medical and business data remain 100% accurate.   • Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain records within internal databases and specialized dermatology portal applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on all data points to ensure consistency and eliminate errors before final submission.
  • Verification: Cross-reference information to verify the accuracy of medical and operational records against source documents.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations management team to clarify missing or incomplete information.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to data handling and confidentiality standards, ensuring the security of sensitive healthcare data.
  • Qualifications (Must-Haves):
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar detail-heavy role.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and online web forms.
  • Communication: Strong written English skills for internal coordination and reporting.
  • Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. We are looking for a positive, "smiley" attitude—someone who brings energy and a proactive spirit to a remote team.
  • Reliability: A stable home office setup with a reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
