Data Entry & Review Specialist (POS & Shopify)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Review Specialist with experience in retail operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using POS systems and Shopify, ensuring accurate data entry, transaction review, and product information management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate sales, inventory, and customer data
• Review POS transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory in Shopify
• Reconcile POS data with Shopify records and sales reports
• Assist with daily retail operations data, including orders, returns, and exchanges
• Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner
• Generate basic reports related to sales and inventory
• Follow data accuracy and quality control standards

Requirements

• Experience working in a retail environment
• Hands-on experience using POS systems
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic knowledge of inventory and sales processes
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good organizational and time-management skills
