Job Overview:
We are a growing renovation and construction company seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Order Management Assistant to support our operations. This role focuses on accurate data entry, managing Home Depot supply orders, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining up-to-date job progress records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry related to projects, materials, and orders
- Manage and track Home Depot supply orders, including order status and delivery updates
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors regarding materials, schedules, and job progress
- Enter and maintain progress updates for ongoing renovation and construction jobs
- Organize project documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to construction projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support
- Experience with order management or purchasing (Home Depot or similar suppliers is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills for coordinating with contractors and internal teams
- Basic understanding of renovation or construction workflows is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or project tracking tools
- Experience working with contractors or construction teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
