Responsibilities:

Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Verify and log receipt of data.
Transcribe source data into the required electronic format.
Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
Verify integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information.
Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream
1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
Experience with Google Drive, Excel sheet, Word doc, PPT along with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Can use pivot tables, formulas and formatting in Google and Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
