Data Entry & Note Review Specialist - ABA

We are looking for a Data Entry &Note Review Specialist who will be responsible for accurate data entry and reviewing ABA session notes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance. This role involves checking documentation for missing information, consistency with treatment requirements, and proper formatting, while maintaining organized and up-to-date records. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with ABA documentation standards are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry of ABA-related information into internal systems.
• Review ABA session notes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with documentation standards.
• Verify that notes align with treatment plans, authorization requirements, and billing guidelines.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and follow up with clinicians as needed.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Support administrative and clinical teams by ensuring documentation is audit-ready.

Requirements

• Experience in ABA services, healthcare documentation, or behavioral health administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with ABA terminology, session notes, and documentation standards is a plus.
• Proficiency with data entry systems and spreadsheets.
• Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA.
