  • Finance Support
  • Enter and maintain accurate financial data into our ERP system (NetSuite), adhering to deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain data accuracy across sales orders, line items and revenue commitments.
  • Assist with forecasting and month-end revenue recognition by ensuring revenue commitments are updated correctly and on time to support forecasting and month-end processes.
  • Validate month-end balances including review of revenue-related reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support Client invoicing, respond to client queries and assist the Accounts Receivable lead to ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Retrieve and organise financial data to support the annual audit and compliance requirements
  • Analysis, Reporting, and Documentation
  • Review policies, SOPs, systems and procedures to assure the quality and integrity of service offerings at 360biolabs
  • Maintain records (database and paper) to levels consistent with relevant standards and industry expectations

  • Ensure the safe and efficient conduct of activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant internal processes and statutory requirements

  • Collaborate well in a cross functional matrix environment; maintain high levels of communication with colleagues within the Finance team.
  • Accreditation
  • Adhere to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, OECD Principles of GLP, GCLP Principles, 360biolabs’ Quality Management System, and other requirements as per NATA Accreditation and regulatory guidelines

  • Selection Criteria
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting (or other relevant degree) (Desirable)
  • Experience / Knowledge / Attributes
    Essential
  •  Competency in Software Applications e.g. Microsoft Office/Access/Word/Excel and Software packages (e.g. Accounting software)
  • High degree of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and to effectively manage and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to perform high-volume, routine data entry tasks with accuracy
  • Comfortable with repetitive workflows and structured/process-oriented environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work remotely, independently ,and follow assigned tasks
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Experience using accounting or ERP systems
  • Ability to input data into financial systems efficiently and accurately
