Key Responsibilities
Enrich and maintain contact and account data, including firmographic information such as industry, size, and parent/child account hierarchies.
Review event and campaign lists to ensure all available contact information is fully captured in the marketing database.
Conduct targeted outbound calls to accounts to validate or gather missing contact details.
Input, update, and manage records in Salesforce.com and other marketing/sales tools.
Collaborate with marketing operations, revops and sales (BDRs, ARSMs, RSMs, Strategic Reps) to reduce their manual research burden, enabling them to maximize selling time.
Support ongoing data quality initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a data-driven, administrative, sales support, or marketing support role.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com and other common online business tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Hubspot or similar platforms)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory
