Overview
The Digital Centre of Excellence team is seeking a Data Engineering Intern to support the Data Engineering team in managing an enterprise data warehouse for analytics and business intelligence reporting. The candidate should have a working knowledge of SQL-based databases, and knowledge of Python is preferred. They should be comfortable collaborating with the larger Data Engineering team and have a passion for learning new data technologies and tools. Candidates must be willing to explore and learn new technologies.
During the internship, the Data Engineering Intern will be assigned a project they can complete. The Data Engineering Team will guide them in learning new technologies and applying that knowledge to successfully complete the project.
Qualifications
Locations: The preferred location for this role is one of our offices. We have offices in Durham, NC; Washington, DC; NYC; and San Francisco, CA. Additionally, we are on a hybrid schedule 3/week.
Compensation: The hourly rate for our undergraduate internships is $25/hr. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
