About Xponentiate:
Xponentiate is a healthcare recruitment partner with deep industry expertise. We connect top talent with the right opportunities through a smart, efficient hiring process. With proven experience building organizations from the ground up—including C-level hires—we’re dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare together.
Healthcare is broken, especially in underserved communities like the Bronx where 66% of patients are on Medicaid. Fragmented systems are leading to poor health outcomes and extensive financial burden. This is what inspired the inception of ecares health.
We’re a healthcare tech startup spun out of Essen Health Care, one of the largest multispecialty medical groups serving the Bronx and surrounding communities. We work hand-in-hand with doctors and healthcare operators to build infrastructure that connects the entire patient journey, from engagement to scheduling, from clinical recommendations to care management, and from actionable tasks to health outcomes.
Our goal is to bring concierge healthcare to underserved communities.
Requirements
As product engineer at ecares health, you’ll sit at the intersection of product strategy, data engineering, and client operations. You’ll maintain and enhance a ‘living prototype’ codebase that applies complex clinical and operational logic, enabling our clients to make data-driven decisions before changes move into production on our core platform. You’ll also own analytics for measuring product success and operational efficiency.
This is a unique role that blends product thinking, technical execution, and operational problem-solving. You’ll model scenarios for operations and clinical teams, build tools to quantify product impact, and dig into messy healthcare to surface insights for operational teams.
· Own and improve our clinical logic codebase (Python) - independently modify logic, validate clinical algorithms on real-world data, and evolve the system as we migrate features to our core platform
· Run clinical and operational simulations and "what-if" analyses to help clients test logic and strategies before developer implementation
· Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to perform exploratory analyses answering key operational questions
· Work closely with engineering to ensure they understand data context when building features
· Identify and mitigate data integrity issues by working with operations teams and understanding their workflows
