We are looking for a Data Engineer for a new international Tech Hub.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Solid experience in data architecture and data pipelines (e.g. Medallion architecture).
• Strong background in cloud-native data engineering, preferably using Microsoft Azure (Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse), or equivalent tools in AWS or GCP.
• Experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g. BigQuery, Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, Redshift).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or Spark.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to ensure data quality, monitoring, documentation, and performance optimization.
• English level B2 or higher.

Soft Skills

• Ability to make sound technical decisions and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
