Data Engineer - Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Power BI fully within the Office 365/Azure cloud environment.
  • Configure SharePoint connectors for automated and scalable data ingestion.
  • Manage Azure AD permissions and enforce secure access controls.
  • Design and implement Role-Level Security (RLS) schemas in cloud reports.
  • Standardize data models (column names, types) and transform complex datasets.
  • Merge data from Excel, HR systems, and other sources into unified Power BI models.
  • Develop HR and culture dashboards with operational and strategic metrics.
  • Perform initial Office 365/Azure app configuration and deployment independently.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Power BI cloud implementation within Office 365/Azure.
  • Advanced SharePoint integration using folder connectors.
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory for permission and access management.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, transformation, and dashboard development.
  • Experience configuring and deploying Office 365/Azure applications independently.
  • Advanced English.
