About the Role

As a Data Engineer, you’ll architect, develop, and test large scale and efficient solutions that provide the leadership team with the accurate data required to rapidly understand and adapt to changing business conditions. We are seeking an experienced, detail-minded data engineer to support our clients worldwide business sales and finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, efficient and high quality methods of consuming data from a diverse set of sources with variable quality and predictability. 
  • Build libraries and frameworks that drive leverage and productivity for the entire team.
  • Optimize and maintain solutions, driving improvements in efficiency, data quality, and operational excellence.

About You

The essentials:

  • 14+ years of experience.
  • Deep Snowflake expertise.
  • Experience working and creating with large (5-10bn record, ~200 column wide) aggregate datasets.
  • Python for orchestration.
  • S3 / DataLake / Open Data Formats (e.g. Parquet, Iceberg).
  • DBT experience. 

Not a must, but a plus:

  • Experience with Dataiku.
  • Experience with Dremio.

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
