Support dashboarding, analytics, and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for small automation or low-code process improvements across departments.
5–7 years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, or process automation.
Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience with ETL / data pipeline tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte).
Skilled in Python for data transformation and automation tasks.
Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Experience integrating CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
Understanding of data modeling, version control (GitHub), and API integrations.
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s degree preferred (Data Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related).
Experience with Snowflake or modern data warehouses.
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, or other automation tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD, dbt, or data-as-code best practices.
