What are we looking for?
- Key Tools: Databricks, SQL, Azure DevOps (YAML), dbt, PySpark, Azure Synapse, and Power BI;
- Data Pipeline Development: Build and optimize pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and dbt;
- Data Warehousing: Leverage SQL and Azure Synapse to store, manage, and transform large datasets;
- DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and troubleshoot issues;
- Reporting & Analytics: Create Power BI dashboards for actionable insights;
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to refine requirements;
- Best Practices: Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across all pipelines;
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members;
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, plus proven hands-on experience;
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
