About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our data team. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data needs. Also, He/She will work closely with the performance team to receive data requirements and align with the tech team to deliver structured data that meets those requirements. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in data engineering with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data needs
Work with cross-functional teams, including the tech team, to understand data requirements and ensure data quality
Collaborate with the tech team to integrate data pipelines and infrastructure with other systems and applications
Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability
Develop and maintain ETL processes to transform and load data from source systems
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to support their data needs
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience with cloud-based data warehousings platforms such as AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the tech team.
