As a Data Collector, you will support our team by gathering, verifying, and organising data accurately and efficiently. You will ensure that all collected information meets quality standards and is entered into the system in a timely manner. You will assist in maintaining databases, reporting findings, and addressing any data discrepancies. Your attention to detail and dedication will contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Requirements

• Collect and verify data from multiple sources (online platforms, internal systems, and external databases).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company databases or CRM systems.
• Review and validate data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and report or correct them.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports, summaries, and dashboards based on collected data.
• Support market research by gathering competitor, product, and customer information.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure data supports business objectives.
• Follow data management best practices and comply with company policies and data protection regulations.
• Participate in data quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and monitor data trends, patterns, and anomalies for management insights.
  

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection or a related role, with a track record of accuracy and reliability.
• Proven experience in handling data independently and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or similar platforms.
• Experience in the GCC region is preferred (optional, if relevant).

• Excellent command of both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in call management software and CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of the property and automotive markets.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
