We are looking for a "Data Center Infrastructure O&M Management Engineer " on behalf of out business partner runs in Telecommunication Industry.

Gebze, Kocaeli
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of the data center supplier (Party B), and ensure that the supplier complies with the service level agreement (SLA).
- Review and optimize O&M plan for data center power system/HVAC/BMS system.
- Analyze energy usage data and make optimization recommendations to improve data center energy efficiency.
- Coordinate and promote the supplier to implement equipment inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Review fault reports and monitor the fault handling process and results of the supplier.
- Participate in the development of data center infrastructure upgrades and expansion plans.
- Review the operation and maintenance SOP of the supplier and provide improvement suggestions.
- Manage the internal O&M team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the data center meets business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or HVAC Engineering.
- At least 1+ year of experience in data center O&M .
- In-depth knowledge of data center power systems and HVAC systems operating principles and best practices, and familiarity with autoCAD.
- Have relevant professional qualifications (such as electrical engineer, HVAC engineer, etc.).
- Familiarity with data center industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent supplier management capability.
- Excellent team leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
- Accept on-call work requests.
