Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management and delivery of data center sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Establish and optimize project management processes to maximize efficiency of all projects and implementations
• Manage and monitor day-to-day on-site operations to ensure the stable functionality of all equipment and systems
• Regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers and continuously maintain the relationship and service quality
• Foster team collaboration and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with specialization in network, electrical engineering, or other related fields
• Proven experience building data center infrastructure operations and maintenance systems
• Strong knowledge of data center design and construction specifications, with proficient hands-on experience with related mechanical and electrical installations
• Experience building and developing overseas IDC operations teams and management systems is preferred
• Must be Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
