About the Role

The Data Center Construction Manager owns day-to-day site execution for green-field and brown-field GPU data-center builds worldwide. You will orchestrate general contractors, trades and vendors to deliver safe, on-schedule, on-budget facilities that meet Fluidstack’s extreme power-and-cooling density targets.

Focus

  • Build, maintain, and execute integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

  • Enforce Fluidstack’s safety program; drive zero-incident culture across all subcontractors.

  • Coordinate CSA and MEP trades, resolving field conflicts in real time.

  • Track and report daily progress, spend, earned value and resource loading; issue recovery plans when needed.

  • Verify on-site QA/QC, material submittals, RFI and change-order processes.

  • Interface with Design, Procurement, Commissioning and Operations teams to ensure seamless hand-offs.

  • Lead development of scopes of work and technical exhibits for critical path trades and packages.

  • Manage execution of construction contracts, from award through close-out, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and technical specs.

  • Oversee contractor adherence to key deliverables, payment terms, reporting cadence, and site-specific protocols.

About You

  • B.S/B.E/B.A degree in engineering discipline with preferred construction management qualification.

  • 7+ years managing hyperscale, semiconductor or mission-critical construction projects.

  • Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows and cost controls.

  • Proven record of delivering fast-track projects in multiple geographies.

  • OSHA 30 (or equivalent) and strong familiarity with NFPA 70E, local codes, permit processes.

  • Exceptional field-leadership, subcontractor-management and communication skills.

  • Able to read BIM/Revit models and interpret IFC packages on the fly

  • Travel 50 %+ to active sites or as needed for projects.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $230,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
