Currently, we are hiring a Data Automation Solution Expert for one of our partner organizations in KSA on a 1-year contract, offering the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise-wide Data Automation Solution (DAS) roadmap and strategy.
  • Identify, analyze, and document business processes suitable for automation using process mining and assessment tools.
  • Define automation architecture, governance models, and technical standards for scalable and secure solutions.
  • Oversee the development of DAS bots, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, finance, and core insurance platforms.
  • Design API-based integrations and orchestration layers for seamless workflow automation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi data regulations (PDPL, NDMO) in all automated processes.
  • Implement security controls, audit trails, and data protection measures in automation workflows.
  • Establish automation testing frameworks, QA processes, and exception-handling procedures.
  • Create reusable automation components, libraries, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to integrate AI/ML models (OCR, NLP, predictive analytics) into automation.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to DAS developers and business analysts.
  • Document detailed solution architecture, technical designs, and operational procedures.
  • Support the establishment of an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • Master’s degree in Business Process Management, IT, or Automation Engineering (preferred).
  • Relevant professional certifications such as:
    • UiPath Certified Professional
    • Automation Anywhere Certified
    • Blue Prism Developer
    • Microsoft Power Automate Developer

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data solutions design, architecture, automation, and delivery.
  • Expertise in leading data automation platforms (e.g., Airflow, Google Dataflow, NiFi, UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system integration, APIs, and web services.
  • Proven experience in process analysis, optimization, and re-engineering.
  • Knowledge of automation governance, control frameworks, and CoE establishment.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud-native deployments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Understanding of containerization, microservices, and DevOps CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Automation (IA) integrating AI/ML, OCR, ICR, and document processing technologies.
  • Experience in insurance or financial data services is a strong plus.
  • Strong technical documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex implementations, and mentor junior developers.
