We are seeking a Data Architect to lead a greenfield initiative: building the backbone of our new Enterprise Data Warehouse and migrating our data estate to a dimensional modelling environment.
In this pivotal role, you will own the enterprise data architecture and platform design. Working closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Governance Manager, you will focus on system design, modelling strategy, and handling high-volume challenges — such as processing half-hourly meter reads — at scale.

This experience will be likely to have been gained in the modelling department of a professional advisory firm, or within the business analysis department of a company.A commercial approach with an ability and desire to understand the drivers of the business in detail, and model the underlying dynamics accurately.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with people at all levels of the organisation.Be able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive in measures taken to achieve responsibilities, particularly driving consistent improvements to analysis and decision-making.Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and focus.
