About the Role: As an AI Trainer/ Data Annotator, you will play a key part in training large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine-tune our models’ performance across several departments (with a specific focus on emotional intelligence and logic) helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.
This is a work onsite in Cavite Philippines.
Dayshift and 1 year contract only.
About You:
Degree and/or experience in the following fields:
Writing / Storytelling / Copywriting
Technical Writing
STEM
Data Disciplines (including data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting)
Psychology
Philosophy
Have a passion for gaming, especially those experienced in narrative-driven or role-playing games
Nice to Have:
Strong comprehension skills with good logical and analytical thinking; strong educational background preferred.
Previous experience working with AI models (including RLHF, fine tuning, evaluating, comparing, auditing model data)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate model responses to optimize language logic and user experience.
Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions
Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience
Annotate and evaluate model responses against our internal language & logic rubrics in an effort to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible
Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models and audio and video generation technologies
