Data Analytics Manager

an Analytics Manager for Reporting & Customer Insights to work as part of our data team,
reporting into the VP, Data.

The role
and the overall data and technology strategy.
Champion best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling within the team.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all reported data, implementing robust
data validation and quality control processes.

Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of our primary Business
Intelligence tool, Tableau, ensuring its stability, performance, and user adoption.
What we’re looking for
Experience in fostering "analytics excellence," including developing analytical methodologies, promoting data literacy, and ensuring high data quality and integrity.
Ideally you have a background in FinTech or similar industries.
A strong background in driving value with analysis – you understand how to move
beyond just reporting numbers to identifying strategic opportunities and solving
business problems through recommendations that are being derived through your
analysis (next best action, segmentation, customer / product behaviour analysis).
