Main Responsibilities

Our data analytics team tackles a variety of projects aimed at optimising our operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving business growth. Here are some of the projects you could be involved in:

  • Advanced Analytics: Conducting in-depth statistical analysis and developing data-driven solutions to optimize business operations and identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Segmentation: Analyzing customer behavior patterns and developing sophisticated segmentation models to enable targeted marketing strategies and personalized experiences.
  • Sorting Algorithm Optimization: Developing and fine-tuning intelligent sorting algorithms to improve product discovery and category browsing, incorporating factors like popularity, relevance, and personalized user preferences.
  • Dashboarding & Visualization: Maintain and create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Metabase to provide actionable insights and monitor key business metrics across different departments.

Requirements

  • Availability for at least 6 months
  • Data wizard with a fashion flair: Possess a strong foundation in Python, SQL, and statistics.
  • Problem-solving aficionado: Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team player with an independent spirit: Collaborate seamlessly while taking initiative and ownership of your projects
  • Experience working with Databricks and data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Metabase is a plus
  • Passionate learner: Eager to delve into the world of fashion e-commerce data and continuously hone your skills
