Associate Director for Data Analytics and Insights

• Lead the data science team in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve the company's business performance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation.
• Foster a data-driven culture by providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to identify data-driven solutions to complex problems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data science and machine learning.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Chief Data Officer or in a similar leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of data management, data governance, data analytics, and data engineering.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, machine learning, and big data technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
