Data Analyst

Join Trustmi Analyst’s team. Help drive threat monitoring and fraud detection platform securing organization funds.

Be part of the analysts team, work with customers and key POCs, to provide an additional level of security, efficency and confidence, by leveraging unique intelligence feeds, threat logs, and IOCs.

Collaborate with our research team and various R&D teams as you help shape our product, help customers be more secure, and immerse yourself to the cyber fraud tech ecosystem.

  • Proactively monitor and review threats and suspicious events from trustmi customers
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to deliver insights that help minimize the risk of financial loss for our customers.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity throughout the analytics process.
  • Work closely with our product, research and development team and contribute to innovative ideas
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through professional, proactive and personal service
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by creating risk analysis reports and best practices

Requirements

  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional analytical skills, creative out-of-the-box thinking, and analytical mindset
  • At least 2 years of experience working as data/Business Analyst
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Tableau
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Databases (NoSql – Advantage)
  • Experience working in fintech enviorments - Advantage
  • Experience in building simple tools / data manipulation with python
  • Professional and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
