The Challenge :

The data engineering team at Take-Two is looking for a highly motivated, capable and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join a team that plays an essential business facing function. As Take-Two grows, we need to enable our business partners to expertly make decisions based on the vast amounts of data we have at our disposal. This role is critical to building solutions that help provide actionable data insights. To ensure success in this role, the candidate should be able to thrive in ambiguity, work independently while being a team player and have a strong curiosity to uncover insights that drive business impact.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis, data mining, data manipulation, and data visualization. In addition to analytical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent client-facing skills. The Data Analyst will work as part of multi-functional technical teams alongside business solutions analysts, data engineers and other team members to deliver impactful data solutions to challenging user and business problems/needs.

What You’ll Take On :

• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making.
•  Conduct deep-dive analysis into the data to support strategic projects, new initiatives, and process improvements.
• Lead the identification of issues and incidents, conduct business impact analysis, and engage with the wider team for resolution 
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.

What You Bring :

• At least 2+years of work experience post completion of college degree is a must. This role is not open to individuals with only internship work experience.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with 3+ years of SQL proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python) is nice to have.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
