Who You’ll Work With

The Data Analyst works within the Service Logistics Organization at Arista, and plays a key role in enabling the success of Arista’s post-sales Support offerings, which includes Warranty, Same Day, and Next Business Day delivery of critical spare parts to Arista’s end customers.   The Service Logistics Organization within Arista is responsible for Arista’s Service Supply Chain, including Arista’s global network of service depots; planning of spare parts inventory across those depots; rapid delivery of hardware replacements to end customers; reverse logistics of RMA returns from customers; and the repair and reuse of customer-returned inventory.

Working within Arista’s Service Planning team, the Data Analyst is responsible for Install Base accuracy by partnering with internal teams and gathering data through various systems to update customer information.

What You’ll Do

  • Thorough understanding of the Arista RMA process in order to update support entitlements for end customers when RMA occurs
  • Install Base creation after order fulfilment
  • Install Base updates based on customer reports
  • Collaborate with peers to develop processes across Arista’s Service Supply Chain, including RMA Management, Inventory Management, Depot Operations, and Repair Operations
  • Partner with internal teams to develop new processes that improve the efficiency, reproducibility, and/or scalability of reports
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service operations related roles
  • Knowledge of overall supply chain concepts - including service renewals, inventory management, and Install base management
  • Experience in the high-tech industry
  • Self-starter who has the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and CRM
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
