Data Analyst (Reverse Supply Operations)

Job Overview:

As a Reverse Supply Operations analyst with EOS IT, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the reverse supply chain processes related to IT infrastructure. This position involves driving analytics and reporting of key performance metrics related to returns, repairs, and recycling of networking hardware. The Analyst will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of IT infrastructure products in the reverse supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• OEM Performance Oversight
  • Support OEM performance data management and reporting.
  • Assist data integration to provide a consolidated view of OEM performance.
  • Support issue resolution through structured data analysis
• RMA performance Analytic
  • Analysis of regional RMA performance to identify driver of delays and inefficiencies.
  • Perform root cause analysis and Pareto analysis to identify recurring failure points.
  • Produce lead time dashboard and weekly performance reports.
• Spares Program performance
  • Monitor spare performance KPI and SLO.
  • Analyse spare order performance, availability and fulfilment timelines
  • Provide analytical insights and improvement recommendations
• Faulty returns performance analytics
  • Track faulty returns performance across the reverse supply Chain
  • Identify root cause of delay and failure trends
• Reporting & Dashboarding
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to assess the efficiency and performance of IT networking reverse supply chain operations.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reverse supply operations.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboard and reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain operations or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheet, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with supply chain optimization tools and software.
• Experience with SQL

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Minimum of 3 -5 years' experience in supply chain management, Logistics analytics, or RMA operations
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, related field and/or related experience.
