About the Role:

As a Data Analyst at Whizz, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive key business decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Engineering, to support strategic initiatives and improve performance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain analytical dashboards using SQL queries for custom charts and tables (Metabase).
• Сreate reports to visualize data insights for management (Metabase).
• Perform various ad hoc research and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Analyze customer behavior, operational performance, and product usage trends.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define KPIs and monitor performance.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and data models.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SQL, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Strong working knowledge of Metabase is required.
• Good understanding of data visualization best practices and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Russian.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with API data sources and automation tools.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
