  • Maintain coding standards, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Apply Agile values and practices when collaborating with teams.
  • Active participation in client virtual meetings—including being on camera—is an essential function that helps strengthen trust and open communication.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with CMS data, including CMS IDR, Medicare Part B & Part D.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
  • Must reside and have worked in the United States for 3 of the past 5 years.
  • Must have permanent U.S. work authorization.
