As a Data Analyst Lalamove, you will work with a group of passionate and talented people across different teams. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable insights to empower Product, Marketing and Operations teams in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and shaping the future of Lalamove products. What you will do:

Translate business questions into well-defined analytics goals, testable hypotheses, and success metrics.

Develop and apply structured analytical frameworks (e.g., funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation) to solve complex business problems and uncover key drivers of performance.

Produce analytical outputs that highlight trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions.

Synthesize findings into concise, actionable recommendations, clearly communicating implications, risks, and trade-offs to different audiences.

What you'll need:

At least 1 year of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role

Strong proficiency in SQL

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, Python or R  is a plus

Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools for reporting and analyses

Good command of English (both written and oral)
