你是连接“用户行为”与“产品决策”的翻译官。在这个岗位上，数据不是冷冰冰的数字，而是鲜活的用户故事。你需要深入产品运营的核心，通过分析用户在 Flowith中的行为路径，发现提升各种数据的关键线索。

工作内容：

用户旅程诊断： 深入分析用户的全链路数据，识别流失节点，为产品运营策略调整提供直接依据。

• 增长实验复盘： 协助设计并评估 A/B Test 效果，用数据验证运营动作的有效性，驱动核心指标增长。
• 核心指标监控： 搭建并维护产品运营看板，实时追踪 DAU、功能渗透率、用户生命周期价值等关键指标，及时预警异常。
• 定性与定量结合： 结合 Customer Service 收集的用户反馈，利用数据验证用户痛点的普遍性，辅助产品确定需求优先级。
• 内部 Agent 共建： 参与搭建内部使用的 market agent，让非技术团队也能通过自然语言获取分析产品数据。

Requirements

• 数据驱动运营思维： 不仅会跑数，更懂业务。能提出“数据背后代表了用户什么心理/遭遇了什么困难”的假设。
• 硬核分析能力： 熟练掌握 PostgreSQL，能独立编写复杂查询（多表 JOIN、窗口函数、CTE），进行用户分群、漏斗分析、留存计算。
• 逻辑与沟通： 能够将复杂的数据分析结果转化为可视化的图表和通俗易懂的运营建议（Actionable Insights）。
• 拥抱新技术： 对 AI 充满热情，渴望探索如何用 Agent 技术革新传统的数据分析流程。
• 加分项： 有互联网产品运营、用户增长（User Growth）、数据分析实习经验，或统计学/计算机相关背景，或有软件开发经验。
