Data Analyst - Intake

Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support our Intake team. This position may be remote or, if the successful candidate is local to Lake Mary, Florida, a hybrid schedule of three days per week in our Lake Mary office and two days remote. The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000 per year, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to support leadership, Intake, and legal operations teams.
• Perform analyses to drive insights and improve client experience across the client journey.
• Develop predictive models to forecast case signup volume and staffing requirements to maintain optimal service levels
• Conduct productivity analyses to evaluate Intake team performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive strategic planning and daily decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and develop scalable solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used in reports and analyses.
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards to support consistency and clarity across the organization.
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT to enhance data sources and improve reporting infrastructure.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have Workforce Management analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role.
• Strong experience with Sigma Computing or a similar cloud-based BI tool (Sigma preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with relational databases and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, and effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power Query.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a mass torts or plaintiff-side law firm environment.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical programming
• Familiarity with legal operations workflows, particularly client intake, case workup, and litigation pipelines.
• Understanding of predictive modeling concepts and productivity metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel and other visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and features.
