Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a Data Analyst to support data mapping and migration projects for hospital and health system clients. In this role, you will leverage automation tools and your clinical data expertise to help modernize legacy healthcare data systems.

Responsibilities

  • Transform and migrate healthcare data (CSV/Excel) into proprietary databases using automation tools, primarily Azure Data Factory (ADF)

  • Analyze, clean, and map clinical data, resolving discrepancies and “one-off” scenarios not handled by automation

  • Debug and troubleshoot data issues, including SQL stored procedures, with minimal supervision

  • Research and resolve unmapped clinical terms, medications, ICD-10 codes, and other healthcare data elements

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate data migration and mapping

  • Participate in knowledge transfer and training sessions with technical leads

  • Document processes and contribute to ongoing process improvement

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience in data analysis, data mapping, or related field

  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SQL

  • Background in healthcare or clinical data; familiarity with clinical terminology

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

  • Comfortable researching clinical concepts and resolving data mapping issues

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with healthcare data migration projects

  • Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement

  • Ability to debug SQL stored procedures

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
