We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data analysis, pipeline development on Azure, and utilizing Power BI for data visualization. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to collect, clean, and analyze data, design and maintain data pipelines, and create insightful reports and dashboards. Your expertise in Azure services and Power BI will play a pivotal role in empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines on Azure for seamless data integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and business objectives.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from diverse sources to ensure data quality.
  • Create visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI.
  • Perform ad-hoc data queries and generate reports for business units.
  • Implement data governance practices to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Interpret and communicate analysis results to non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with the data engineering team to optimize data workflows.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in data migration and integration projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to provide data support for advanced analytics projects.
  • Conduct data profiling and data quality assessments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to data pipelines and processes.
  • Train end-users on Power BI reporting and self-service analytics.
  • Contribute to the development of data governance policies and standards.
  • Support data-related troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

Education:

BSc. degree in Software Engineering or any related engineering field.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Software Development and Data Analyst
