Data Analyst

We are looking for an Associate Data Analyst to carry out data reconciliation and support data-driven decision-making by collecting, cleaning, analysing, and reporting data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow in analytics.

Core Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, reconcile and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Support senior analysts with ad-hoc data analysis and projects.
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Understanding of data analysis concepts and statistics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL, Python or Exposure to databases and data warehousing concepts
• Internship or project experience in data analysis
• Knowledge of business intelligence or reporting tools

Experience Level

2+ years of experience in the relevant field
