MISSION :

To support order processing function on daily basis and ensure customer's orders are handled correctly and on a timely basis.
To support and receiving the reports from IP on timely basis.
To support and delivering the reports without delay to the customers without errors.
To support and provide Customer Service (Query Response) on timely basis without any delays and errors.
To support and getting a quick response from IP on remainders/cancellation request and speed change request (via COFITIL).
To support in validating the consumption report.
To provide continues support for client when required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

To support order processing function on daily basis and ensure customer's orders are handled correctly and on a timely basis.
To support and receiving the reports from IP on timely basis
To support and delivering the reports without delay to the customers without errors
To support and provide Customer Service (Query Response) on timely basis without any delays and errors
To support and getting a quick response from IP on remainders/cancellation request and speed change request (via COFITIL)
To support in validating the consumption report
To provide continues support for client when required
To provide back-up support to other team members during their leaves
To handle ad-hoc projects to be assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

0 -1 years working experience in back office service center, business information industry or banking industry

Flexible working model after the 1st month in Hybrid model with 02 days per week working from office
