As a member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing analytical solutions to support strategic and operational decisions. You are expected to have strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes. Your mission is to analyze customer behavior, build clear and actionable insights, and develop data models and dashboards that enhance visibility into churn dynamics. The ideal candidate has critical thinking abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with data exploration, visualization tools, and metrics-driven methodologies.
What You'll Be Doing
Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Design and implement data collection and analysis methodologies
Identify trends and patterns in user behavior to improve product offerings
Support machine learning initiatives by preparing and cleaning data for model input
What You Need to Succeed
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, with a strong drive to leverage AI tools in your daily work
Advanced SQL and Python skills for complex data querying and manipulation
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker)
Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their applications in business
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud)
Strong communication skills in English
