The Role
CMG works with some of the world’s largest and most complex financial institutions. In this role, you will be central to onboarding and supporting these clients by owning and continuously improving the master client reference database that connects them to CMG’s platform. You will ensure that client entities, identifiers, and attributes are accurately captured, quality controlled, and consistently linked across multiple data sources and tenants. This includes identifying data quality issues, reconciling inconsistencies, and establishing clear relationships between related records to create a reliable “source of truth.” Where data is incomplete or outdated, you will proactively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external client contacts to obtain updated client forms and reference information, ensuring the platform remains current and compliant. Your work will be critical to maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and usability across clients directly impacting platform stability, onboarding efficiency, and the overall client experience.
Our Team
The CMG Enterprise Solutions Team is responsible for onboarding our clients and delivering a world-class experience in our products. You bring a structured, quality-first mindset to data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency at scale. You are comfortable establishing and maintaining relationships between disparate data sets, identifying gaps or discrepancies, and implementing processes to resolve them. You leverage automation, tooling, and emerging AI capabilities where appropriate, but you also understand when proactive human engagement is required—such as reaching out to clients to procure updated reference data and required forms. Your work directly enables reliable downstream analytics, platform functionality, and client trust.
