We are hiring across two core tracks.

A. Business Analyst (Business Intelligence)

Role Purpose

This role owns how Momos and our customers understand performance, value, and ROI. You will transform operational, revenue, and customer data into clear insights used internally by leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, as well as externally by our largest Enterprise customers.

This is a business-facing analytics role focused on visibility, decision-making, and commercial impact.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and business reviews for internal teams and customers
  • Track revenue, pipeline, customer performance, and commercial KPIs
  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with performance analysis and insights
  • Deliver market and customer intelligence to guide strategy and prioritization
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and executive reporting needs

You should be strong in

  • SQL for querying and transforming large datasets
  • Data visualization and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Business storytelling — explaining what happened, why, and what to do next
  • Working with non-technical stakeholders in fast-moving teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with revenue, CRM, or SaaS analytics
  • Familiarity with customer or marketing performance data
  • Experience building executive or client-facing reports

B. Data Analyst (Product Analytics & Data Engineering)

Role Purpose

This role sits between Product, Engineering, and Analytics. You will ensure that product data is reliable, structured, and usable — and that teams can measure how features, user behavior, and data flows drive business outcomes.

This is a technical-leaning analytics role focused on product insights and data foundations.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze product usage, funnels, and customer behavior
  • Support product teams with insights for feature launches and improvements
  • Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets and data pipelines
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for reporting and analysis
  • Partner with engineers to integrate new data sources and events

You should be strong in

  • SQL and Python for data analysis and transformation
  • Data visualization and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Working with cloud data platforms and data warehouses
  • Understanding product metrics, user journeys, and event data
  • Translating technical data into usable insights

Nice to have

  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or feature analytics
  • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data stacks
  • Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or digital platforms
