What you'll do:

• Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of a global product;
• Advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, commercial, and tech;
• Follow best development practices to achieve continuous improvement;
• Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
• Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.

What you'll need:

• BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field preferred;
• Advanced knowledge in Power BI;
• Advanced SQL expertise;
• Experience in a scripting language for analysis (Python);
• Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly while maintaining attention to detail;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on decisions;
• Ability to learn new methodologies, adapt to business needs, and to prioritize business goals;
• Organized with the ability to work in a self-guided manner, but knows when to ask for help;
• Superb communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with a general love of problem solving;
• Solution-oriented mindset;
• Experience in projects of continuous improvement is a plus;
• Experience in Databricks is a plus.
