HHAeXchange is seeking a Data & AI Solutions Engineer to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Data and Analytics, this role will drive data-driven decision-making across key internal functions while spearheading our transition to modern, AI-powered analytics and application development.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and emerging AI technologies. You will design and deploy internal AI applications, build intelligent agents to automate business processes, and create scalable data solutions that empower teams across the organization.
Essential Job Duties
Design, develop, and deploy internal AI applications using modern AI-driven development tools such as Cursor and Replit
Create and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and respond to evolving organizational needs
Lead our transition from legacy BI tools to next-generation, AI-enhanced analytics solutions
Build and automate ETL pipelines to ensure reliable, efficient data flows
Design and maintain scalable data models that support enterprise reporting and analytics
Develop automated reporting solutions
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Collaborate with leadership to define and track key performance indicators and success metrics
Train staff and leadership on interpreting dashboards, reports, and AI-powered tools
Champion data governance and quality standards within your domain
Stay current with analytics, BI, and AI industry trends to drive innovation and operational maturity

Travel Requirements
Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
2+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in an analytical or engineering capacity
Proficiency with database query languages such as SQL, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL
Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
Hands-on experience with large language models (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Replit)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and big-picture thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a SaaS or consulting environment
Experience with React, Python, and AWS cloud services
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $115,000-$117,500, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
