Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking customers regarding our technology offerings.
• Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance support processes and share knowledge.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes and industry developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
