Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking customers in the Information Technology sector.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service and efficiency.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest technological developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge with a knack for solving problems.
• Customer service experience, especially in a technical support role, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and appreciate a new cultural experience.
